Is this LOVE? If it ain't, I don't know what is.

Oh, to be loved like this. True love? Me thinks YES. What say you? I bet you'll agree. Read on...

Mystery SOLVED!

If you are a mom - or dad - of a tween, chances are you've had some issues while shopping for undergarments for your sweet, innocent girl. You know that's right! Personally I'd like to take some of the "designers" of tween intimates into a back room and give them a piece of my mind on their creations - underwires, padding and even "push-up's"?? Really? Never mind the provocative design that any pedophile would be grateful to them for. Please...are we raising young ladies or future Victoria Secret models? (no offense, you get my point)

Rant over - here is the solution!  I came across this blog post and I absolutely recommend and appreciate what this blogger has done for us. Research galore! More importantly, a simple, straight forward answer to our question - "Where do I find good, 'decent' undergarments for my daughter?"  Seek no more!  Here you are...

Make it an amazing day and "keep moving forward"!

Selene

As the title would have you believe, I don't do vanilla. Meaning mediocre, "normal" (whatever that is), average. I've always known this, as my mom would use the word "mediocre" with complete disdain so at a young age I learned - that's not me.

I am about leading an extraordinary life. Meaning I don't have many of the same habits of the average American family - I don't have cable (we use our tv infrequently for educational videos or movie night) or keep up with any tv series. I have a desire to live outside the box and teach my kids to do the same. These days, that alone is extraordinary.

A little about me. I'm a single mom, living near Atlanta with my 2 awesome, amazing, spirited girls. Originally from Brooklyn, NY I am a certified pizza snob.  At 26 I met a boy, moved to south Florida and got married. 1 brief detour to Houston, TX (because life isn't complete until you bring a Texan into the world). That boy and I parted ways 3 yrs ago and the road of life has led my girls and I to the Peach State. We adore it here - friendliest people ever, beautiful scenery, mountains, fresh air...I could go on but you get the idea.

My goal with this blog is to first create a legacy for my girls. An online journal, if you will. Second, to remind myself this is my goal and to keep moving forward with it. Third, to inspire you if this is what you desire as well.

To that end I'll share this quote and encourage you to make it an awesome day!
